What we’re looking for:
We’re seeking a talented Helpdesk Administrator who will support the IT infrastructure and business applications. This key role will provide fast and useful technical assistance on computer systems.
We’re looking for someone with a strong background in corporate technology providing Tier 1 and Tier 2 Helpdesk support. This candidate should have progressive experience in a corporate IT environment. We’re looking for someone who is collaborative, comfortable working on a small team, and possesses excellent communication and customer service skills.
In this role, you will:
- Manage Help Desk tickets in a timely manner
- Record events and problems and resolution in ticketing system logs
- Respond to requests for technical assistance in person, via phone, chat, or email
- Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues
- Direct escalation of unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel
- Perform user account administration duties following account creation and separation processes
- Provide end user training to new employees during the onboarding process
- Install and configure software and hardware
- Maintain hardware and software asset inventory database
- Follow-up and update customer status and information
- Pass on any feedback or suggestions by customers to the appropriate internal team
- Identify and suggest possible improvements on procedures
What the role requires:
- Ability to provide Tiers 1 & 2 support for end-users on a variety of issues
- Good presence while assisting remote users and clients
- Working experience with Windows 10/11 and Mac OSX
- Fundamental working knowledge of Microsoft Azure AD and Microsoft 365
- Help desk support deliverables include initial problem determination, clear and concise documentation, diagnostics and information capture, resolution, customer status updates, escalate ticket requests to appropriate team members
- User account management to systems and applications
- Successfully manage assigned ticket to closure utilizing ticketing system
- Demonstrated ability to take ownership of assigned work and follow through to completion
- Positive attitude, ability to work independently, and able to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable following documented policies and procedures
- Ability to work after hours and travel as needed
- Experience in a healthcare IT environment is preferred

The salary range for this role is $70,000 - $85,000 and is determined by a number of factors including the candidate's experience, qualifications and skills.
