What we’re looking for:
We're seeking an On-Site Wellbeing Coordinator who will be the single point of contact between EHE and the client to develop, facilitate, and monitor wellbeing programs and initiatives that support the client’s health management goals for improving the health and productivity of its workforce.

The On-site Wellbeing Coordinator is also responsible for driving EHE Health program participation to achieve shared preventive health utilization goals between the client and EHE Health. Through the development and implementation of strategic programming, the Wellbeing coordinator will engage employees in health promotion activities that contribute to reducing healthcare costs, improving employee morale, reducing absenteeism and improving retention and overall wellbeing.


In this role, you will:

  • Be an asset to the client’s on-site leadership team, communicating effectively to establish meaningful relationships, collaboration opportunities with site management, driving participation, and results
  • Establish and lead a culture of well-being on-site
  • Partner with the client to plan, develop, implement, and monitor company-wide wellbeing initiatives aligned with contractual goals
  • Develop and lead wellbeing awareness initiatives (bulletin boards, newsletters), educational campaigns (presentations, webinars, workshops), behavior change programs (smoking cessation), health assessments/screenings (biometric events, incentive programs, health fairs) and more
  • Partner with Health Plans to support more fluid member experience
  • Create and manage the wellbeing council of employee volunteers for end-to-end coordination of health promotion and delivery of single or multi-session workshops on a group basis
  • Contribute to an overall culture of health by encouraging employees to engage in the EHE Health preventive healthcare program, including health coaching and other care coordination programs, as appropriate
  • Make recommendations on methods (marketing tactics, omni-channel communications) to incorporate new engagement tactics to increase program participation
  • Share client-specific recommendations and findings through analytics to drive engagement and the value of the EHE program
  • Serve as a mentor to the client’s local wellbeing leaders, as needed
  • Establish, maintain and foster positive working relationships throughout the client site and with EHE departments


What the role requires:

  • Bachelor's degree in health education, health promotion or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience, preferably in the corporate health and wellness field  
  • CHES Certification (Certified Health Education Specialist)
  • Management experience preferred
  • Experience collaborating with executive teams and implementing workplace wellbeing strategies to achieve effective results
  • Skilled in organizing health education presentations and delivering programs on topics such as smoking cessation, weight management, nutrition, stress management, and physical activity
  • Proficient in motivational strategies and effective communication (written and verbal)
  • Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Suite (Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Excellent interpersonal and teamworking skills
  • Travel up to 30% of the time (as needed)

The salary range for this role is $60,000 – 80,000 and is determined by a number of factors including the candidate's experience, qualifications and skills.
