What we’re looking for:
We're seeking a trustedWellbeing Program Manager who will be the day-to-day contact between EHE and the client to facilitate and manage wellbeing programs and initiatives that support the client’s health management goals for improving the health and productivity of its workforce. The Program Manager will work directly with the VP of Client Success and account team leaders to develop strategies that will represent EHE in all programs and activities while advancing the client’s health management goals. The Client’s health management goals may include, but are not limited to, driving engagement in prevention activities which are ultimately aimed to reduce healthcare costs, improve employee morale, reduce absenteeism and improve retention and overall wellbeing.
In this role, you will:
Liaise between client and EHE Health to proactively pursue and execute against our shared objectives.
Assist client with data – driven programming that influences employees to adapt and maintain a state of wellbeing, with a bias towards preventive care activities.
Share client-specific recommendations and findings through analytics to drive engagement and the value of the EHE program.
Assist with wellbeing communications, i.e. monthly bulletins and internal intranet postings and vendor support (where applicable)
Establish and lead a culture of well-being on-site at select location(s).
Serve as an asset to the client’s on-site leadership team, communicating effectively to establish meaningful relationships, collaboration opportunities with site management, driving participation, and results.
Develop wellbeing awareness initiatives (bulletin boards, newsletters), educational campaigns (lunch and learns, workshops), behavior change programs (smoking cessation), health assessments/screenings (e.g. biometric events, incentive programs, health fairs) and more.
Partner with Health Plans to support more fluid member experience.
Contribute to an overall culture of health by encouraging employees to engage in the EHE Health preventive healthcare program, including health coaching and other care coordination programs, as appropriate.
Serve as a mentor to the client’s local wellbeing leaders, as needed
What the role requires:
Bachelor's degree (B.A.) in health education, health promotion, organizational behavior or related field
Five (5) + years of experience in the health and wellness field
Prior client management experience
Industry certification such as CHES (Certified Health Education Specialist) preferred
Experience with developing and implementing workplace wellbeing strategies and designing engagement solutions based on data analytics
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong computer skills and proficient with Microsoft 365
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team environment
Must possess a positive attitude and be highly articulate and professional
Up to 50% travel

The salary for this role is $80,000 - $95,000 and is determined by a number of factors including the candidate’s experience, qualifications and skills.
